Corporate Secretarial Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • To update and maintain statutory registers & records
  • Prepare KYC procedures in accordance with ACRA requirements
  • Preparing & filing of e-forms with ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms
  • Preparing minutes and board resolutions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting clients and providing guidance, advice and consultation on compliance requirements.


  • At least 2 years relevant experience in corporate secretarial services with accounting firm in Singapore
  • Excellent command over spoken and written English
  • Curiosity and continue to update new skills
  • Independent and resourceful
  • Good organizing & coordinating skills
  • Follow up skills
  • Smart and pleasant personality
  • Must be a team player
